Your Role
                    
                        We’re looking for a data-driven, hands-on generalist to lead our marketing initiatives and help us scale to the next 100 million users. You’ll work as a high-impact individual contributor embedded in a fast-moving task force of designers, paid media experts, and creators — identifying, testing, and executing the next growth bets.
In this role, you will:
- Identify and prioritize the most promising acquisition and brand growth levers — based on data, market trends 
- Build and scale user acquisition strategies across all marketing areas such as SEO, influencers, content, brand activations, partnerships, and more 
- Drive deep analysis of our acquisition funnels, user behavior, and LTV:CAC dynamics to spot opportunities and optimize ROI 
- Lead the evolution of StudySmarter into a truly global B2C lovebrand 
- A highly creative eye for trends, design, and engagement mechanics 
- Project management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1 
- Work across both web and mobile environments, coordinating with product and design teams 
- Write copy, build landing pages, launch experiments, and analyze results end-to-end 
 
                
            
                                                
                        What you need to succeed
                        
                            You’re a well-rounded marketer with strong analytical skills and sharp creative instincts. You care about results, move fast, and thrive when given ownership and autonomy.
You have:
- 3–6 years of experience in B2C growth marketing (mobile + web), ideally in fast-growing tech or consumer brands 
- A track record of acquiring large volumes of users (millions+) through a mix of performance, organic, and community-led channels 
- Experience with social media and community building — from strategy to content to growth 
- Strong understanding of UA metrics, funnel analytics, and LTV/CAC economics 
- Executional knowledge of SEO/AIO, influencer/creator campaigns, affiliate/partnerships content strategy, and copywriting, growth hacking 
- A deep interest in brand and design — you know what good looks like and how to do it again 
- Project management skills to own complex, multi-channel initiatives from idea to execution
